My 3 1/2 year old loves this plane, it's one of his go-to toys (well, at least for the moment). It's a well made classic biplane and features a propeller that really spins, 2 removeable people and landing gear wheels that move. The classic biplane is made from a combination of birch and pine and is finished with non-toxic finishes. Maple Landmark Woodcraft is an impressive company with a long history. They are based in Vermont and all of their products are made by them, right here in the USA. They source all of their wood locally from a supplier who is conscientious about renewable wood resources and any scrap that is left is turned into sawdust and donated to local farmers for cow bedding.
